Domain expired, site down, cannot log in to renew

  I look after a website with the domain name http://www.toowoombayouthservice.org. The website is hosted on Weebly but we chose to just leave the domain name with WordPress. But, it appears to have expired and the log in details I have here are not working to allow me to get in and reactivate it.
  I need to talk to customer support but am not sure how to access them and this is obviously quite urgent.

  That is not the case I just had to put something there.

  Assuming http://www.toowoombayouthservice.org/ is really the blog you need help with, you are in the wrong forum. You need to be at WordPress.ORG for help with that version of the software. The domain name seems to be working fine. If you sign in here with the same username you used to buy the domain, you should be able to renew it.
