The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.

Email addresses cannot be used with multiple WordPress.com user accounts. So you must have used a different email address for the second WordPress.com account. Have you tried entering old or rarely used email addresses in the lost password tool?
