Domain expires

  Hi there,

  guys you are sending me a reminder to renew my domain. I do not understand, my domain never expires. How come I have to renew it? Furthermore, you are offering me the option to upgrade my plan to solve the renewal of the domain. Thank you but for the time being I am not interested. How, then, can I renew my domain (if necessary)? I am confused. Thank you in advance for the assistance. Best, Dídac

  Free domains don’t expire but it looks like you purchased the custom domain didactrubat.com. Do you wish to renew that domain or not? I’ll tag this thread to ask a member of staff to reply to you.
