Domain Expiring

  Hi

  We are getting the following message:

  The domain bransgore.org will expire in 4 days. It can be renewed by the user Thom (tcrabb).

  The trouble is Thom moved away over two years ago, we have no contact details for how to contact him and are unsure what to do now!

  How can we transfer the responsibility of renewing the domain name to another user?

  Hi James,

  What I can do it contact the owner email on file in hopes that Thom will reply and be willing to transfer the upgrade over to you.

  Otherwise, were you the person who purchased the upgrade? if so, if you have proof of receipt through the transaction ID, that will suffice as well and I can transfer ownership over to you.

  Thanks for your reply. I didn’t purchase the upgrade- Ben Sargent did who also upkeeps the site – I can ask him if he has a reciept.

  I reached out to Thom and I will let you know if he replies. Let me know if Ben has the transaction ID – he could get the transaction ID by calling PayPal if he remembers the credit card he used.
