domain expiring

  Hi—I am trying to renew my domain but I cannot find the link to my profile and site livingandaging.com in order to update my credit card info—please help!

  Hi Susan –

  You just need to sign in to a different account. The domain livingandaging.com isn’t associated with the account you’re using here. Sign out and then back in as suecanndo.

  Once you’re in the right account go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and click on the red renewal link.

  Write back if more help is needed.

  Thanks for replying…I tried logging out and back in but it does not give me a renewal link …it wants me to create a new site as if I never had one.

  You logged back into the same vsusanc2018 username account that you used to post here before.

  vsusanc2018 is not the owner of the domain, livingandaging.com, and has never created any sites on WordPress.com. This account was only created on Saturday.

  To access livingandaging.com you need to be logged into the username that you used to create that site, which is something completely different from vsusanc2018

  Log out of the vsusanc2018 account, and clear your browser cookies.

  The go to WordPress.com/log-in, and log in using the email address at which you received the renewal notice, NOT the username vsusanc2018
