Domain expiry

  When I purchased the domain, it was only for domain mapping. I don’t need to renew as it said it never expires. So what kind of notification is this? Also I never signed up for auto renewal?

  Hi there,

  A domain mapping subscription is $13 per year, but I do not see any history of purchases under your account. Does the notification you receive mention a domain URL? It must be under a different account than the on you are contacting us from.
