Domain for 18$?!!

Hello,
I used to buy domain here in WordPress for 18$ but now I can’t find that option. I was wondering if that option is still available or now I have to buy one of the plans you offer in order to add .com to my website.
If option to buy domain for 18$ is still available can you please help me how to reach it.Thank you in advance
