Domain forwarding

  I have a domain registered at WordPress (jorgemariano.com). I want it to be uses with my Squarespace website but I can’t seem to make it work. I’ve followed the steps at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/mapping-domain-to-point-to-squarespace?replies=8 but it is still off. What should I do?

  Hi there,

  The forum thread you linked to is fairly old — you can find the latest information in our support pages here: Setting Custom A Records

  However, it looks like you got it to work. I just checked your domain and I see your Squarespace site there: http://www.jorgemariano.com/

  Rachel, thanks for the answer. The link is working now, indeed! I’m having just one problem left: when I type it without “www” it gets me nowhere. Any thoughts? =)

  Actually, it is working as well. The only thing is that it takes a really long time to load. Does that have anything to do with the forwarding?

  I’m glad it’s working for you now! The loading time isn’t related to the forwarding — you’ll want to check with Squarespace for help with that.
