Domain forwarding

  I ourchased upgare domain so I own therainbowdesgins.com

  I woul would like to point it to my self hosted wordpress.org site-to the http://www.therainbowdesgins.co.uk address

  I read apparently you charge $13 for redirection but since I own the domain and paid for it-I should decide where will it lead-I dnt need any other settings as I have a full website already set up under co.uk address but I do need to forward .com

  Please advise

  Hi there – you can update the name servers for therainbowdesgins.com without needing a Redirect upgrade. Just log into the Domain Administration area under Upgrades > Domains, and launch the Domain Manager. Then, update your name servers to those provided by your host to point the domain there.   I have bought redirect domain but it doesnt work

  therainbowdesigns.com doesnt redirect to therainbowdesgins.co.uk

  Please help its urgent I have it working

  I have purchased two different redirection and none is working please advise on this urgent matter

  Hi there – therainbowdesigns.com is redirecting correctly for me – when I put that in my browser’s address bar, I get to:

  http://www.therainbowdesigns.co.uk/

  It can take a few hours or more for these types of changes to be reflected across the Internet.

  Could you please try clearing your browser’s cache?

  If that doesn’t work, could you please try a different browser?

  Thank you clearing cache worked thanks-I received cancellation request for the domain forwarding as I bought two but the link to confirm it doesn’t work

  Great, I’m glad to hear that worked.

  I received cancellation request for the domain forwarding as I bought two but the link to confirm it doesn’t work

  Cancellation links are only valid for 24 hours – is it possible that more time than that has passed since you received it?

  I’ve issued a refund for the duplicate Site Redirect, which is usually reflected on your account within 1-2 weeks.
