Domain from Squarespace to WordPress

  I’m ready to transition my site from squarespace to wordpress, and concerned about initiating a transfer of domain before my site is fully functional. Is there a way to keep squarespace active, while working on my wordpress site, and then transferring?

  Hi there,

  The Squarespace site should remain active during the domain transfer, as we don’t switch the domain to point to us automatically. You will do that manually only once you’re ready to do it.
