I’ve received an e-mail with the message that my domain priscilladattilio.com.br has failed to be registered.
Do you know the reason for that?How can I proceed to have my money back after one business day?

I’m very sorry about the trouble registering your domain priscilladattilio.com.br. It can take a little longer for domains ending in .com.br to be registered, and right now your domain is still listed as pending registration.
I’m checking with my team right now to get an update on your domain’s registration. If for some reason we aren’t able to finish registering it for you, we will certainly issue you a full refund (or, if you prefer, we can issue you credit to register a new domain).

It looks like there was just a problem with our domain registrar, and our team is in contact with them now to get this sorted out. We should know within about 24 hours — is that ok?
If you’d like to register the .com domain now, instead of waiting, just let me know and I can issue you credit to do that.

Error: Command failed; [Limit of active tickets exceeded for organization] [xml => Description unavailable: Limit of active tickets exceeded for organization]”
I think we have to give up to registrate “.com.br” and try to registrate “.com”.
I’ll wait for your reply to proceed, ok?

I’m really sorry about this. We haven’t heard back about this from our domain registrar, so I added the credit to your account so you can register the .com domain now. You can do that under Store > My Domains in your dashboard, just like you registered the .com.br domain.
Our team will keep investigating the problem with the .com.br domain you tried to register, and I’ll let you know once I have more information about that.

Because de domain “.com.br” is appearing in my panel, but I’d like to use priscilladattilio.wordpress.com as priscilladattilio.com.br.
Is it possible to do that?
I’ve turned priscilladattilio.com.br as my blog, but is not working…Can you help me to solve that?

Hi Priscilla,
To use your domain here at WordPress.com, you will need to set the domain’s name servers to the following:
- NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
That will point your domain to your WordPress.com blog. Your domain registrar (UOL HOST) can help you with that if you’re not sure how.
