  Hello! I tried setting up a site but found the interface too tricky, and cancelled my plan/domain. I still want to buy/use the domain name but it now says that it’s not available – please help! : )

  Hi –

  Looking at hungrytapes.com I can see it was registered on Jan 7th and then cancelled on Jan 8th. The domain will be available for purchase as new again in 5 days.

  If you need to buy it before then we need to restore it to your account. You’ll need to pay for the registration again as the refund has already been processed. Then, you can update the DNS records to point it to another provider.
