Domain help!

  Hey, I just deleted my domain dahliaetc.com because I wanted to apply it to my Squarespace site instead, and keep this one at dahliaetc.wordpress.com but the domain is now parked. How can I reclaim it? If not freeing it for the Squarespace, can I at least have it on this site? I have job applications submitted and pending with that ‘dahliaetc.com’ marked down as a link to my portfolio so I really need it. Thank you!

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  I’ve gone ahead and restored the domain dahliaetc.com for you. The reason being is that when a domain is cancelled, it might not become available again.

  Releasing it for repurchase for another provider is also a very lengthy process: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-expiration/

  If you wish to use the domain with Squarespace, this is possible through the use of custom DNS settings.

  If Squarespace can provide this information, then they can be applied as per these instructions here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/custom-dns/
