Domain hosting

  I starting setting up a blog in 2019 using Bluehost and Word Press. Last year when I knew I was not getting anywhere, I paid a fee to keep my domain name but not use it actively. Now I think, I need to pay the fee for my domain name to get started again. Just confused at the best route to go.
