Domain I purchased not here

I recently repurchased a domain that I had accidentally canceled, yet it is not showing up in my domains. Here is the receipt and transaction ID:

This is a public forum. Please don’t post sensitive information like receipt and transaction IDs here – that information can be used by others to gain access to your account.
I can see you paid for the domain’s recovery, but no one contacted our domain provider to restore the domain once you paid. Sorry about that. I’m emailing them now to restore your domain.
I also see you were charged $80 for domain redemption, but our domain provider is currently waiving domain redemption fees, so you should not have been charged that. I’ve refunded that portion of your payment, and you should receive it in around ten business days, depending on processing times at your bank.

Your domain is now back in your account, and should start showing your site again within the next hour or two. Any emails you have connected to the domain should also start working soon, but you’ll need to contact your email provider to ask whether there’s any way to recover emails that came in while the domain was disconnected.
