  To expand on my previous message, we went through the support docs and understand that if the domain is, in fact, in the redemption period, an extra $80 fee is necessary on top of the registration fee. Please let us know how can we do that, we need to solve this as soon as possible as is hurting us pretty bad. Thank you for your help!
