Hey guys, really need a support. Currently I am working on creating two Business Pages over wordpress. I have checked several tutorials but some questions are still left open. in order to speed up my process I want to know, Is it possible to have a first level support via skype or phone with you guys? What are the sites you need help with? I only see a free WordPress.com site in your account, http://hypothekenzinsenblog.wordpress.com/
We do not provide phone support on WordPress.com. Live text chat support is available to all customers with a paid WordPress.com plan, and with the Business Plan you can also book a live one-on-one session with a Happiness Engineer to answer your questions and help you get your site started.
But this only applies for sites hosted with us on WordPress.com.
If the sites you’re working on are built using the open source WordPress software, we can’t help you, as that’s something completely different from WordPress.com. That software does not belong to any company that can employ support staff, and instead support is provided by the WordPress community at https://wordpress.org/support/
There are services that provide live chat and phone support for that version of WordPress, but they’re private companies that are not affiliated in any way with either WordPress.com or the open source WordPress project, and some of them are downright scammy, so use caution when asking for help from one of them.
If you have a self-hosted site and need professional help beyond what your hosting provider is able to provide, I’d recommend you rather look into retaining a professional WordPress developer. We have a directory of people you could consider at https://jetpack.pro/
