  How do I get my domain back?

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of smartieparties.com? On 27 March you started a live support chat with us, asking us to cancel that domain and refund it. At the time we explained that the domain will not become available again immediately, and that you might not be able to use the domain ever again. We also repeated this in an email follow-up we sent you at the time.

  Luckily in this case it is still possible for us to restore the domain to your account, but as your last renewal payment was refunded, you’ll have to pay for the domain again before we can do that.

  Please confirm if that’s the domain you want to get back, and we can send you a link to pay for its renewal again.
