Domain issue

  I have a recently purchased domain name on Godaddy. I will have to wait 60 days to transfer this name. If I purchase the $4/month plan now do I still get the transfer benefits even though it will not be for another 2 months?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  You can transfer the domain any time after that 60-day window closes, but for now you can map the domain to your site: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/
