  I got the domain ryanfitzgerald.co.uk back in 2018 but haven’t done anything with it. I can’t find a way to access its DNS settings or see my previous bills for it and make changes within my wordpress.com account. How has this happened and where can I access my domain settings? I have been charged a lot for this domain, yet I can’t access it.

  I would say your site is connected to another account of yours. You can very easily restore using the transaction ID at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  If I can’t find this information, is there another way for me to either access or completely cancel this domain and hosting so I can set it up again elsewhere?
