  I have recently paid to reactivate my domain i.e. fawazm.com but it doesnt seem to be working at all, I would really appreciate your support in solving this as soon as possible.

  Hi there – while the domain fawazm.com was once registered through us, it expired and is now registered elsewhere, through the registry Above.com.

  I’ve refunded the $13 you paid for the mapping upgrade, since you can only map domains that you own.

  You could try registering another domain instead, or try contacting the current domain owner through this address to see if they would be willing to sell it back to you:
