Domain issues/Settings – Changed Domain; now can't access wordpress

Hiya.
Recently registered the domain name http://www.howtobemorespiritual.com, and subsequently set up my Bluehost/Wordpress account.
Published the site with 1 post – All was well and visible on the temporary domain “http://box2121.temp.domains/~howtocm7”
However, in trying to set the site’s domain to http://www.howtobemorespiritual.com in the settings, I’ve clearly messed things up, with the site not visible at either the real domain or the temporary domain, and I now cannot access the wordpress editing portal to change it back to the temporary domain in settings.
At a bit of a loss!
