Domain Locked

    Wordpress cancelled my account and deleted the domain I purchased without releasing the domain name. Now my domain is stuck in limbo and unable to be transferred to another registrar. I paid for the domain and I’m not able to access it, haven’t received any useful information from their support people. What can I do to speed up this process?

    No problem, I’m happy to help you get this sorted. Are you asking about
    fey-arts.com or a different site?

    fey-arts.com is actually registered at GoDaddy and the name servers are pointed to WordPress.com. From GoDaddy’s side of things, you’ll need to update the name servers to point to your new provider. GoDaddy should help you with that.

    The domain is pointed to us, but that is all. The domain mapping upgrade has been cancelled. All you need to do is update your name servers to point the domain to your new provider.
