Domain log ins

I have recently taken over the management of several sites currently built in WordPress. Apparently a lot of people have been involved with setting up usernames and passwords. These folks have left the company and we don’t have access to the information. What procedure do I need to go through to reset usernames and passwords so I can manage the domains?

If you are talking about sites hosted here at WordPress.com (and not self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software) you will need access to the email addresses used to set up the sites in the first place to get new passwords via the “lost password” page. https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/
