Domain lost during transfer from google to wordpress – NO SUPPORT RESPONSES

    I recently transferred a domain (evidentagency.com) to wordpress. I can see the receipt for the transfer and Google has confirmed that  Automattic Inc. are now in procession of it. The transfer has created problems with the DNS and has taken down our website and emails for over a week! I’ve had one response from a support member of staff in 24 hours…now nothing!

    I NEED HELP TO FIX THIS ASAP AS IT IS CAUSING DAMAGE TO OUR BUSINESS

    According to whois info you are still using the Google nameservers instead of the wordpress.com nameservers – https://www.whois.com/whois/evidentagency.com and https://wordpress.com/support/domains/custom-dns/

    You’ll have to wait till a Staff member is available to sort things out.
