Domain management tools not showing up

Ownership of this blog (vanhise) was transferred to me a few years ago, but the domain management tools have never been enabled. I was able to renew the domain registration (vanhisepto.org) via support, and they were supposed to enable the tools, but it never happened. Now I need to transfer the domain to a new administrator and can’t do so. Please enable the tools so I can pass this on to the next volunteer administrator.

The reason you cannot find the Domain Management options is that the domain vanhisepto.org is not registered with WordPress.com. It is registered elsewhere and just pointed here using a Domain Mapping upgrade.
WHOIS data appears to show the registrar as “namejuice.com”
