  In your instructions for:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/

  I cannot go any further than number 2 because there is no button, title or section called Domain Administration. So password cannot be changed and the manage link button cannot be gotten to.

  The domain is actually owned by a different account.

  You’ll need to login as that account to see the management options.

  Apologises, the wrong link was put down. My ownership link is
  http://brotherhoodofthegame.com. Even when I follow the instructions using this I am
  still stuck on number two. There is no Domain Administon button.

  Allow me to know though, if these registration information have been misplaced, how does one get them back? Our domain was registered with Wild West Domains and they have been emailed. Is there any other way?

  We’ll need to be contacted by the user who registered the domain.

  The user is yu[…]ve (censored for security) and the account has an @yahoo.com email address.

  But suppose the person has lost the details. Is there an alternative into getting those details? Emails were sent to Wild West Domains but they said to contact wordpress (doesn’t sound right but here I am). Allow me to know of alternatives.

  If that person still have the @yahoo.com email address, an email from that to support@wordpress.com will be enough.

  Alternatively, we can accept the transaction ID from the receipt.
