  Hi, my credit card was charged $17.00 for domain renewal. I am having trouble to find the “store”.. where i can manage this domain to cancel it definitly?

  If you don’t want this domain at all, you can cancel it for a full refund if you purchased it within the last two days. To cancel the domain, go to Store > Domains in your WordPress.com blog dashboard. Locate the domain you want to cancel in the list, and click on the Cancel button next to it.

  This cannot be undone, so please follow the on-screen instructions carefully before you confirm the cancellation.
