Domain mapped to a deleted blog

  My domain (www.insightstregth.com) is mapped to a wordpress blog that has been deleted. I want to map the same domain to my NEW wordpress blog, but can’t figure out how to do this.

  Can you please help me to do this transfer? Thank you!
