Domain Mapped to another wordpress site

  hello, thanks for reaching out to me, I was feeling a little lost yesterday after establishing the new account and not being agin to connect the domain name and not able to reach anyone. The Domain name is http://www.amberhoumes.com. I believe now I have 2-3 user names. I did pay for this account when I set up it up this past Tuesday. the one that Trevor helped with yesterday is asking me to pay for an account again. I believe Trevor was helping me merge them, but it looks like the Domain name is attached to another account, and I cannot access the prior accounts.

  Thanks — I can see you were chatting to Trevor while logged in as amhoumes. You are currently logged in as amberhoumes, which is why you are unable to access Live Chat.

  We received an email from the address associated with your amhoumes account. Did you receive our reply? You can view which email address we replied to on the Account Settings page in your amhoumes account.

  No, I’ve not received the reply. I am no longer able to get into the amhoumes account. Only the amberhoumes account is accessible to me.
