Domain Mapping

I have already bought credit thru PayPal for my domain mapping. But everytime I tried to add a domain on my wordpress blog, it always says “This domain has already been mapped to a WordPress.com blog”, but weird is it didn’t show any domain on my account. Any tip?

It sounds like the domain you want is already in use. Have you tried putting it in your browser bar to see where it leads?

actually what happened was i bought the domain then mapped it on my wordpress blog, i am not so familiar with wordpress and very much comfortable with blogspot but yeah I have finally landed here in wordpress and the reason that the CNAME thing in blogspot doesnt works fine on me so I have to shift to wordpress. Goin back, I have already mapped my wordpress blog, it works fine until the template for my blog suddenly messed up, losing the navig panel and everything. So it blew up my mind, then I deleted that blog of mine where the domain was mapped because the template was a mess and to the point that even if i tried to change template, it wont show the panel and everything i dont know why, so i did deleted the blog and sign-up for another wp blog. now that im trying to mapped my new blog it says this: “This domain has already been mapped to a WordPress.com blog”. Anyway to recoup that $10 worth domain for mapping? Hope you guys could help me out. Thanks in advance and I really appreciate your elp guys.

Nobody in the forums can help you with that. The domain upgrade only applies to one blog. You’ll probably need staff to reset things on their end and purchase another upgrade. But definitely ask them first before buying anything.
