domain mapping

  I received a domain mapping renewal notice for a site that I no longer use (scienceillustration.wordpress.com) but the notice refers to my personal site (megangnekow.com). When I log in, the page takes me to the scienceillustration site but shows no order history, etc.

  I am just concerned that there are some kind of crossed wires that will mess up my personal site and I want to make sure that does not happen. Can you clarify?

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you with your subscription. However, the reason why you cannot seemegangnekow.com is because the upgrade not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to access the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
