  Hello, I have tried several times to pay the annual subscrition fee of 13 euros to map my website back to my domain but wordpress keeps on saying card refused with several credit cards that I know work and even with paypal …..I don’t understand what is going on???

  It sounds like Paypal (our payment processor) is somehow unhappy with your payment. The error message we are getting is:

  10486: This transaction couldn’t be completed. (This transaction couldn’t be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.)
