  I had previously purchased domain mapping with WordPress which has expired 5 months ago.
  My domain name is http://www.jeannierichard.com.
  As it is still under your management, can you kindly release it and set it to point to 192.147.0.118 and 192.147.1.118

  Hi there,

  The domain jeannierichard.com was mapped to WordPress.com, but it is no longer under your account. Also, if you are wanting to change the A records of the domain, you’ll be able to do that at your domain registrar. From the whois data it looks like Enom, inc. is who you need to contact.
