domain mapping

  I keep getting notices that our domain mapping is set to expire and the cost is $13.00 to update the domain mapping. However when I click on the link, I cannot find any options for how to update the domain mapping. It sends me to pages where I can upgrade my plan, but I just want to update the domain mapping to keep our site live. How do I do this?

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
