  how can i make ns1.wordpress.com go on my website thestartupper.com?
  Every time i am on thestartupper.com and i click on dashboard it redirects on thestartupper.wordpress.com…WHY???

  http://thestartupper.com/ is the domain that you registered and mapped to thestartupper.wordpress.com

  Did you want it mapped to a different WordPress.com blog?

  I want to use the plugins! how can i do? i bought a domain from you and a web host service from hostgator!

  You’ll need to install WordPress from http://wordpress.org/ on your hosting provider, then direct your nameservers to your hosting account: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
