Domain Mapping

  I signed up for automatic renewal for domain mapping for $13/year. But it looks like it has expired and my only option is to signup for a premium account, which I don’t want to do. How do I continue my domain mapping without signing up for premium?

  Hi there,

  As that upgrade only just expired I could still add it back to your account. If you go to Purchases and renew it you should be set for the next year:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Please note that we are moving away from stand-alone upgrades, so should you let this upgrade expire again you will need to add a plan to get it back.

  Even though I’ve put in my credit card information, the auto-renewal keeps failing. I’ve tried it twice.

  When I click renew now, it only gives me the option to renew with premium.

  I can see a card added on your billing history page, but not on Purchases.
