Domain Mapping

  Hi there, I’m trying to map a domain I already own to my WordPress Site. I’m currently on a free plan but would like to upgrade to at least a personal. When I try to map the domain I’m automatically redirected to payment where I’m asked to pay for a premium membership. I was under the impression that you could map a domain under any plan type. Is this the case and if so why aren’t I able to upgrade to just a personal plan?

  Hi there,

  If you start by adding the domain, Premium is selected automatically. So if you want to use Personal, start by adding the plan instead.

  Please go to My Site ->Plans and add the Personal Plan. After you’ve finished the checkout process, go to My Site ->Domains ->Add and select the Map It option.
