Domain Mapping

  I have set up a website under the Free plan. I also own a domain name registered with GoDaddy. If I upgrade my plan to the Personal Plan (which is currently $2.99 a month), can I map my website to my domain without any fee? Is there any mapping fee in subsequent years.

  You can, yes. The personal plan includes a domain credit which you can use to map a domain you already own to your WordPress.com site. The plan will need to be renewed each year.

  Yes, you can map a domain from any registrar, including GoDaddy or Bluehost.
