  Renew my domain mapping service for $13 a year. For some reason, I do not see this option with my current package. Can we reactivate this please? Thank you.

  Hi there,

  We no longer sell domain mapping as a separate upgrade, but only as part of a plan. If you have an existing mapping you can keep on renewing it, but if you let it expire the only way to add it back is as part of a plan.

  In your case the upgrade expired recently enough that I could still add it back. You should be able to renew it now via the Purchases page:

  Please note that if you let the upgrade expire again, we won’t be able to add it back and you will need to purchase a plan to add it again.

  Thank you! Can you confirm I will be charged only $13 and not the full $112 on April 7, 2017? I see it says $13, but when I select “Renew Now”, it shows a total of $112. Thanks in advance. -Lauren

  I don’t know why it’s adding the Premium Plan if you click Renew Now, but as it’s showing it will auto-renew that should only be for the existing mapping upgrade.

  Let’s see what happens if we leave it to auto-renew. I’ll set a follow-up to check on this on the 8th, and if it charges you for the Premium Plan I’ll refund that.

  Hi there,

  I was just checking up on your domain mapping, and I see auto-renew has been disabled again two days ago. Do you still want to renew your domain mapping? If so, I’ll need to re-enable auto-renew or it will expired and the only way to add it back would be to purchase a plan. Please let me know.

  I have tried adding the card 4 times. This is very frustrating :-( I see it expires in 3 hours and I can’t turn on auto-renew

  It looks like auto-renew is not triggering for your upgrade, probably because I had to add it back manually back in March, so I’ve gone ahead and renewed it for you. You’re now good for the mapping upgrade until April 2018.

  Unless you cancel automatic renewal, or the payment is declined for some reason when we try to auto-renew next year, you should be good for now. Should auto-renew fail, we’ll send you an email to the address connected to your WordPress.com account.
