Domain mapping?

  Hi,

  As I understand it you get 1 domain (or mapping) regardless of which paid option you choose?

  So if I would like to get an ‘.de’ domain AND a .com domain, I would need to register and pay for the ‘.de’ domain somewhere else and then map it on wordpress for $13 on top of that. Is that correctly understood? I.e. you have to pay ‘twice’ for that extra domain if you map it no matter that price plan you have?

  Hi there,

  You can add one domain for free with your plan, either mapping it from elsewhere or registering it directly with us.

  To add any additional domains you need to pay per domain, whether you map it or register it directly here. The mapping fee is a fee we charge to connect an outside domain to our servers and have nothing to do with the registration fee you pay to your domain provider for ownership of the domain.
