Add topic to favorites
I am having issues mapping my domain because it is saying ‘that it is already mapped to a wordpress site. How do I find out what site its mapped too?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, I checked and the domain is already mapped under a different account than the one you are contacting us from. Do you happen to remember having another WordPress.com account that you can log into?

I had an old wordpress account prior to moving to squarespace. But I signed in to it to verify if it was there but I didn’t see it there.
I am not sure what other account it could have been linked to since I just transferred everything from squarespace not wordpress.

What is the username of the other account that you logged into? I want to confirm that it isn’t the account that the mapping subscription is under.

Okay I logged on to beautenaturale. However, I found the account that its mapped too, I thought that site was deleted. Its “sheworethisblog. How can I un-map and map it to my current acount.

sheworethisblog is the correct account. If you can post in this thread under that username to confirm ownership, I can go ahead and move the mapping subscription for you.

Hey,

My site is still not showing up when I use the mapped domain. And when I even type the sitename.wordpress.com domain it takes me to an error message referencing squarespace. Can you provide some clarity as to why. I am not sure if I did something wrong.

Hi there,

I now see the domain pointing over to your WordPress.com site successfully. Are you seeing the same on your end? It may have taken some time for dns propagation to occur, but it looks good to go.

Yes, I am able to see it now. But, it doesn’t work on any safari browsers which I find odd. I have had friends try it with the same results it give an error message.
