Domain mapping

  Domain (tuusulanjarvensm.fi) mapping is charged from my credit card 1 month before the term expired. However, this domain mapping was no more working after the expiring date.
  So I had to remove the domain mapping. What should I do in order to get the mapping or money back?

  Hi eravaeltaja,

  However, this domain mapping was no more working after the expiring date. So I had to remove the domain mapping.

  Would you like some help setting up domain mapping or do you no longer need this upgrade? If you don’t need domain mapping I can issue a €13 refund.

  Sorry for my mistake. The domain name had expired almost at same time.
  Now I have renewed it for one year. How can I get it (tuusulanjarvensm.fi) back?
