Domain Mapping

    Hi, I’m trying to map a domain to my wordpress account, but every time I try buying this service from you, it tries to force a plan on me. I can clearly see that the domain mapping has a set price, why am I forced to the option of buying a plan and ‘getting mapping for free in the plan’?

    Hi there,

    It is not possible to add a domain mapping without adding a plan to your site first. If you go to My Site ->Domains ->Add you’ll see the word “Upgrade” next to each option, not a price. You’ll only see a price if you already own a domain, or have a domain or plan added to your shopping cart awaiting checkout.
