  I’ve had a look over the account. There aren’t any charges, or upgrades, associated with your betingle, user account. This means the charge is coming from a different account.

  Did you get an emailed receipt from us?
  – try to login with the email address where the receipt was delivered
  – share the site address listed in the receipt with us here

  Then we can find the correct account to investigate the charge.
