Domain mapping

    Hello! Can I use an already owned domain that isn’t in your supported list of extensions/top level domains (.ro), for example?
    After the domain expires, do I have to pay the old registrar or the new registrar if I transfer it here completely?

    Hi there,

    You can use any domain extension via our domain mapping upgrade. The list of supported domains only refers to domains we’re accredited for as a registrar, i.e. those are domains that can be bought directly from us, or transferred to us. But any domain extension can be mapped and hosted here.

    Domain mapping requires a paid plan, but you can map as many domains to the same site as you want for no additional per-domain cost.

    Domain mapping is not a domain transfer – it merely points the domain from our servers while the domain registration remains with your current registrar, so you will continue paying them for the annual domain renewal.
