Domain Mapping

Hi
Yesterday I tried to map my wordpress account to my web address readyplanted.com however nothing has happened. When I go back into the Store to try to resolve things you tell me that readyplanted.com is already mapped to my wordpress account, however I have not been asked to pay and can’t see a way to pay. Surely the mapping won’t take place till I am paying so how do I do it?
And is there anything else you think I may have missed which is why its not working?

According to our records, you already paid for that domain mapping upgrade. However, to finish pointing your domain to WordPress.com, you’ll need to update your domain’s name servers to the following:
- NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
Your domain registrar can help you with that step if you’re not sure how. We also have more about that here: Map an Existing Domain

Maybe I’m being a bit impatient! I didn’t realise I’d paid but have found the receipt. Will give it a bit longer. I think I’ve done the necessary at the other end so let’s see.

Hi Margaret,
You may want to get in touch with your domain registrar to see if there’s something going wrong on their end. I’d expect the domain changes to start coming through, but instead when I check your domain I don’t see those changes at all:
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/readyplanted.com
Your domain registrar can give you more information about what’s happening with the domain, and confirm that the name servers were updated successfully.
