Domain mapping

  I bought a domain adnanfarooqui.net from Bigrock and now I want to point it to my WordPress blog i.e. adnanfarooqui7.wordpress.com. How to do it. Is the service paid if yes then tell me how to do it for free as I have spent much on domain and hosting

  You can use your domain adnanfarooqui.net with your WordPress.com site by following our guide to Map an Existing Domain. Domain mapping is $13/year, and it will replace your .wordpress.com site with your custom domain name.

  If you don’t want to map your domain that way, I’d recommend getting in touch with your domain registrar for other options they might have for you. However, domain mapping is the best way to completely replace your .wordpress.com address with your domain name and ensure that other WordPress.com features continue to work as expected.
