domain mapping cancelation

I do not use my domain name anymore but I am being charged 13.00 per year for it. How do I cancel this membership? Please help

Hi there,
I do not see any upgrades under your @jenietrinh WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL associated with your domain mapping? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

Hi, I looked for 307beaut.com and didn’t see any records here. Was there a typo?
You could also use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment and find out what it was for. Then you’ll be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund.

Okay, yeah that is under a different account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets comment notifications and what not, so you can try commenting on the site and checking all of your email addresses if needed.
You can also recover the account if needed, or use the form I mentioned to bring it up directly with billing.

I do not remember at all what email I used for that account. How can I recover it? or what can i do to recover the account information

Hi there,
Since this was a paid upgrade, you can provide us with the transaction ID as a proof of ownership so we can restore access to your account.
Follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID from your card statement:
and then send it to us through this form:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Please DO NOT POST any transaction details in this public forum. Use the form I linked above.

I still can’t get into my 307beauty.com account I tried to recovery my password but the old email I had for my recovery I do not remember. Please help
-
Please follow the recovery instructions I shared in my previous message. If the email password recovery isn’t working, providing us with a transaction ID is the only way to proceed.
