Domain Mapping Charge

    Hi, I’m a little unsure why I didn’t get a refund for my Domain Mapping fee. I was in the process of setting up my blog and realized shortly thereafter that I needed to switch platforms. I had already purchased the premium plan, and it’s a little frustrating that I wouldn’t get a full refund that includes the domain mapping fee (especially within the 30 day initial period). Please help!

    I have processed the rest of that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
